For those who don't like cream of mushroom soup, you can also add cream of chicken or celery, or even chicken or beef broth...all with great success!!!

YUM!!!!!!!!! Oh, this looks so easy! I don't have a crock pot, but I am going to make this in my staub pot in the oven! One thing: I have to find something other than cream of mushroom soup! I hate mushrooms and just wouldn't be able to eat it knowing it was made with something 'mushroom' -- maybe cream of chicken?? or that might be yucky? Guess I'll have to think about it...

That looks amazing...I'm going to have to try that. I make one that has a few more veggies, a packet of pot roast spices and a can of regular soda. It's fabulous.
