Orange Chicken

Print

What I love about this recipe is the mildly zippy flavor of the sauce.....plus it's a SNAP to make!!!  The only thing I did differently with this recipe is to go with the boneless, skinless chicken thighs.....and change up the cooking time.....aside from that, I stuck pretty close to the original recipe (if you can believe that).

You'll Need
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

Preheat your oven to 350°.

In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, onion soup mix, and the garlic powder.

Rinse and pat dry the thighs.  Place the thighs in a 9"x13" glass baking dish.  Pour the juice mixture evenly over the top of the thighs.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until done; basting every 15 minutes.
