Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes

This is the perfect accompaniment to any meat dish (or whatever you want to serve it with).  Prep time is a snap, and after 30 minutes in the oven, you've got a mess load of delicious roasted potatoes!!!

Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes

You'll Need
  • 4 extra large red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Ground salt, to taste
  • Ground pepper, to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and the vegetable oil.  Pour this mixture into a 9"x13" baking dish.


Add the potatoes to the baking dish, and toss until well coated.


Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and rosemary over the potatoes.


Bake 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender; stirring occasionally.


Serves 4
