Pork Chops with Apples & Stuffing

Sometimes it's nice to throw together dinner without a lot of effort.....and certainly not at the cost of losing flavor!  This recipe is one of those quickies.....but man.....so tasty.....and smells divine too!!!  I honestly can't believe that 3.....count 'em.....3 ingredients was all it took to put this wonderful dish together!  With that said.....let's move on to the recipe!

You'll Need
  • 1 package (6 ounces) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (1-1/2 pounds), 3/4" thick

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Prepare the stuffing as directed on the package.

Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.  Pour the pie filling into the baking dish, and spread evenly.

Place the pork chops on top of the apples.

Top the pork chops with the cooked stuffing.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.  Remove the foil and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until the pork chops are done (160 degrees).
