My Own Personal Taste Tester aka Guinea Pig

There are two words the Big Boober uses to describe himself.....fat & fluffy.....mind you, those are his words and not mine!  He's sure to let folks know that he gives credit to moi for his robust figure!  Fortunately -or- perhaps unfortunately, there's only one way that I got him there.....and that's with lots of good home cooking!  Please trust me when I say this.....but there definitely were a few loser dishes I served up now and then where I'd tear up the recipe and chunk it the trash even before dinner was over.  I'll also be the first to admit when I fail at a recipe.....and most definitely the first to announce at the table that the dish will never happen again in my kitchen!  I've always had a penchant for trying out new recipes.....but even more so since I started Calamity Anne's Adventures.  It's still on my 'to-do' list to compile all of these recipes and put together a cookbook.....the current title floating in my cranium is 'Calamity Anne's Adventures in the Kitchen'.....like I said, it's still floating in there.....nothing is etched in stone yet.  The recipes will keep on coming till the Big Boober and I decide to chuck this suburban living and buy ourselves a motorhome and hit the open road.....I can dream can't I???  Till then.....I'll keep stuffing food into the Big Boober.....and he'll continue to pat his belly.....and say 'mmm, you can make that again'!
