I found this recipe on the Stove Top website. It started off as a Turkey and Broccoli Casserole, but with a few alterations I present to you Chicken and Green Bean Casserole...
1 package (6 ounces) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken (prepare per package directions)
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can (14.5 ounces) green beans, drained
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper (optional)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix per package directions. Set aside.
Mix chicken and green beans in 2-quart casserole dish or 13x9-inch baking dish. Season the chicken mixture with salt and pepper to your taste. Mix soup and milk until well blended; pour over the mixture. Top with prepared stuffing. Sprinkle some shredded cheese over that.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
