I'll bet that most of you didn't realize that my 82 year old mother is a watercolorist. As far back as I can remember, my mother would say that she couldn't draw anything. In fact, I always thought that my Dad was pretty good because his stick figures were more filled out. Whereas my mother's stick figures were just that, sticks! Lo and behold she started taking watercolor classes at the community where she lives, and she turned out to be what I think (or I should say know) is an excellent artist. So here are a few of her creations that I proudly own! Apologies for the glare, couldn't do anything about the glass in the frames.

Tell grandma I want some of her art!! I think this would be a super awesome thing to have when she (one day long long long down the road) passes on.
