Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie has got to be one of my top favorites. This recipe I got from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

28 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 (9-inch) pre-baked pie or graham cracker shell

Combine the sweetened condensed milk and the beaten egg yolks. Gradually add the lime juice and mix thoroughly.

Fill the pre-baked pie shell (or graham cracker shell) with the mixture.

Bake in a 350-degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Do not allow it to brown.

Then chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Whip the cream and then garnish with rosettes of whipped cream.

  1. Thank you! I recently took a cruise with RCCL (but didn't buy the cookbook), and have been searching for this recipe! It reminds me of my childhood.
